someone prank called me 57 times yesterday and today at 12 45 am?
how do i find out who it is w/o fileing a police report or any leagal stuff

A: Call your phone company and explain the problem. They'll either put a "trap" on the line and contact the offender threatening legal action on your behalf, or offer to give you a new phone number at no charge usually.
Good luck, and be careful who you give your number out to in the future.
