A-Best: take the LCM OF 6 AND 8 IT IS 24 SO 5/6 = 5*4/6*4=20/24 and 7/8=7*3/8*3=21/24 so, 5/6-7/8=20/24-21/24= -1/24  

A: division sign thats all a fraction is.  

A: To put fractions on my TI-84 I just put parentheses around the actual numbers so if I want to say 1/2 I insert it like (1/2).
