Will I be able to make it to a nice college?
A nice college like Johns Hopkins (graduate school) and Duke, Penn State, etc. Here are my classes and grades. I'm a freshman by the way.
Honors English I- 91%
Honors Physical Science- 96%
Honors Algebra 2- 87%
Honors U.S. History- 96%
Animal Science- 99%
Spanish I- 97%
Health- 96%
I'm also in the National Junior Honor Society if that has anything to do with it...I'm kinda confused about all of this.
A-Best: I'm not quite sure on all the requirements for those schools but based on your grades, you have a pretty good chance.
I do suggest getting some volunteer experience or any extracurricular activities since schools also want to know what you do outside of school too
A: too early to know
ACT/SAT scores will matter very much
GPA
ECs
A: If you keep it that way until senior year, you'll get into good colleges. NJHS, NHS, and other clubs would help a lot too. I'm gonna join Nation Junior Honor Society my junior year. You might want to also play a sport. Just any sport would do it. You can be in the sport for like 3 months, and you'll be able to put that on your college application.
All you need for college is 3 things-
Good SAT/ ACT scores
Good Grades
Extracurricular Activities
A: It is too early to know. Try to include as many volunteer hours as you can, maybe like 100.
On the SAT, try to get a grade of 2100+
A: It would help you get into a better college but mostly counts on SAT and stuff
National Junior honors society would just help u get into a better college
A: umm... if you are a freshman dont worry about it... if you keep on the track you are going i am sure you will be able to go where ever you want!! Just have fun and dont mess up!
