A-Best: You can't download a TI-83 calculator from anywhere. You have to buy them first. As far I know, there is no online version of any Texas Instruments calculator available. The only way you can get your calculator onto the computer is to use an emulator. Free emulators can be found here http://tibasicdev.wikidot.com/resources under the 'Emulators' tab. Note however you need a ROM image in order to get it to work, and the distribution of ROM images are illegal. Ask your school or teacher if you can obtain a copy of the ROM image, or copy the program.
