they are not part of the BBB. How do I get my money back? I think they are waiting for my "free Trial" to run out. They have charged me $82.34 already. HELP!!! I've reported them the better business bureau. They still haven't sent the prepaid label. please!! no one buy this machine, it's cheaply made and they have NO customer service. They took out another payment while I'm waiting to return the item for a refund. The bank wants me to wait 10 days and proof that I mailed it back to cancel the automatic debits. I can mail it back till I get the prepaid label. Never get anything from Bullet Express!

A-Best: If you used a credit card to make your purchase, call the credit card company and tell them your problem and they may give you back your money, investigate the company, and stop payments from them. The credit card company could also stop Bullet Express from taking anymore of your money. I had some problems with something I purchase and I called my Discover card company.They returned my money.
