Question:

Can I file a Lawsuit against the Military? A Group of Soldiers beat me 4 calling them war criminal & murderers?
They kept taking turns wrapping my arms behind my back, putting me into a restraint, and charging me into a wall until i passed out. Now my arm is broken.

A-Best: Yeah get an attorney. Thanks to all the thumbs down but I knew this was an idiot question and just lost interest in even entertaining past what I wrote. So many with so much time on their hands and no parental guidance that come up with these idiotic scenarios in their thc laced synapses.  

A: I'm not a lawyer, but to me, it would seem that if you want to sue someone, it would have to be the individuals who caused you harm, not the entire military. Additional: The Feres Doctrine is VERY specific, and only protects the military from actions filed under the Federal Tort Claims Act, by current, or prior service members, for injuries sustained in the course of their duties, and malpractice on the part of military medical professionals. It doesn't apply to people who have never served. So, yes, I'm sure that if you could find a lawyer who was crazy enough to file that suit, you could sue them... but I seriously doubt you would have even the smallest chance of proving liability on the part of the military.  

A: you have to be making this up. if not you are an idiot. call a lawyer you question will be answered faster as well as the process will begin sooner. and anyways you deserve to get your ass beat if you did really say it.
