I need to know so I can cite it in my graph heading.
I have percentages like .005722% and .000495% so I took all of them by 10000 to give me 57.22% and 4.95%, respectively. What is this known as in mathematical terms so I can make sure my graph clearly explains 57.22% is equivalent to the actual percentage of .005722%?
